I am a Director of a large child care center in Philadelphia, Pa that holds 180 children. I currently manage a staff of 24 and we are working toward Star 2 for Keystone Stars. I have been married for 30 years and just celebrated my 30th wedding anniversary.

I chose to do my research paper on Bilingual Education. Bilingual education refers to instruction in two languages. These students receive instruction in their native or home language and in English. When students are given the opportunity to learn a second language, bilingual education becomes prestigious and is viewed as an educational advantage.
